Make Your Own Bengal Cat…

If you can’t get a Bengal cat yet, don’t worry

You can make one in the kitchen…

Sadly, this Bengal cat is no longer with us.

Wishing…

If you want your wishes to come true,

you must close your eyes really tight and wish really hard.

Leilo, The Daredevil

Wild Asian Leopard Cats climb trees…

… and so do I.

 Is this a tree?

tree-02-bloga.JPG

Please can I have a leg-up, Mum?

tree-03-bloga.JPG

No!  I can do it my own self…

… I think I’ll get down now.

I am not embarassed.

The Sphinx

Tica’s not sure what she wants to be when she grows up.

Generally, she’s happy just blending in with the background.

Family Activities

sheep.JPG

I always encourage the cats to join in with family activities.

They usually say they’d rather do their  own thing.  It’s so exasperating.

And then, suddenly one of them will turn the tables on me…

I love you, Leilo, but you’re pushing your luck, young man.

Go home please.

At the Bottom of the Garden…

fairy.JPG

Like you, we have fairies at the bottom of our garden.

Tica tells me that this particular fairy is called Romalie Aurora.

Apparently, she tickles Tica’s ears when she’s snoozing in the sun.

And she drinks way too much amber nectar.

Then she sits safely behind the fence blowing raspberries

and shouting, “Oy, Spotty!” at the cats.

Anyone that believes fairies are cute has plainly never met one.

They are the most rascally creatures I have ever met…  Much worse than Bengal cats.

In evil, there is always a hint of good.

EVIL?  In these little treasures?  RIDICULOUS!

Look Into My Eyes…

I am still getting to grips with the art of

Communication via Telepathy

Cats, of course, have many interesting conversations in this superior way.

Never a single word is uttered.

Today, Leilo looked into my eyes to tell me something in earnest…

I think it was, “I love you Mum.”

But, then he added an afterthought, “Can I have some more dinner, please?”

If You Lose Your Cat…

wastepaper-bin.JPG

If you lose your cat, it’s important to look in all the right places…

For examplethe wastepaper bin, which is where Leilo was found.

No, I did not put him in there.

However, I cannot say with 100% certainty that Tica didn’t…
